2oz Aquavit
Bar Spoon of Lingonberry Jam
Pinch of Falksalt Chili Salt (coming soon)
Pinch of Ground Cardamom
Ginger Beer (Fevertree)
Build aquavit, lingonberry jam, and chipotle salt in a shaker full of ice. Shake and double strain into flute glass with a spoonful of lingonberry at the bottom. Top with ginger beer and a pinch of ground cardamom. Garnish with lime wheel.

1oz Bourbon
1oz Coffee liqueur (St George’s Coffee Liqueur)
.5oz Orange Liqueur (Grand Marnier)
2-3oz Fresh Brewed Coffee
3 drops Saline Solution**
.5oz Heavy cream
Build all ingredients except heavy cream in coffee mug. Shake heavy cream until slightly whipped, and float on top.
Tasting note: To help cut some of the bitterness of the coffee, add a pinch of salt to your coffee grounds before brewing.

1.5oz Gin (Citadelle)
.5oz Nocino Green Walnut Liqueur
1oz Pomegranate Juice
.25oz Lime Juice
3 Dashes Angustora Bitters
5 drops Saline Solution**
Build all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with lime wheel and pomegranate seeds.

1oz Cognac (Pierre Ferrand)
1oz White Rum (Probitas)
1oz Grand Marnier
.75oz Lemon juice
1 Egg White
5 Drops Citrus Saline Solution**
Build all ingredients in a shaker without ice. Shake until egg white is frothy. Add ice and shake again until chilled. Double strain into a coupe. Garnish with 5-6 dashes of Angostura bitters.

2oz Bourbon (Buffalo Trace recommended)
1oz Lime Juice
1oz Simple Syrup***
.5oz Allspice Dram
Pinch of Falksalt Smoked Salt
Build all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass with a Smoked Salt rim. Garnish with a few dashes of Angostura bitters and lime wheel.

2oz Butter Washed Rum (recipe at bottom)
1.5oz Honey
2-3oz Hot Water
2-3 drops Saline Solution**
A pinch of Clove
A pinch of Cinnamon
A pinch of Nutmeg
Whipped Cream to taste
Add honey to the bottom of a coffee mug. Add buttered rum and stir together. Add hot water and stir until honey dissolves. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a cinnamon stick and a dash of nutmeg.

1oz Salted Caramel Syrup
1oz Coffee Liqueur
1oz Heavy Cream
Build all ingredients in a shaker over ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice. Finish with pinch of Falksalt Natural Flake Salt and a drizzle of caramel.

3oz White Rum
3oz Gin
1 oz Falernum
1oz Pomegranate Juice
1.5oz Orange Juice
1.5oz Lime juice
.5oz Allspice Dram
.5 oz Lingonberry Syrup
3-5 dashes Angostura bitters
3-5 drops citrus saline solution Prosecco
Build all ingredients, except Prosecco, in shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled and pour over fresh ice into punch bowl. Top with Prosecco to taste. Garnish punch glasses with fresh lime and orange wheels, and cranberries.

2oz White Rum
.5oz Lime Juice
1oz Orange Juice
1oz Cranberry Sage Simple Syrup***
3 drops Citrus Saline Solution**
Build all ingredients in a shaker full of ice. Shake and double strain over chilled coupe glass. Garnish with orange peel or lime wedge.
*For the adventurous rum drinker, try a split base of white rum and white overproof rum.

1.5oz Reposado Tequila
.5oz Mezcal
.75 Cranberry Sage Simple Syrup***
.5oz Falernum
.75oz Lime Juice
Pinch of Falksalt Natural Flake Salt
Sparkling water or soda water
Build all ingredients in a shaker full of ice, without soda water. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass with Natural Salt Rim. Top with soda water. Garnish with cranberries and lime wheel.

3oz Bloody Mary Mix (Zing Zang)
2oz Aquavit
.25oz Lemon Juice
.75oz Lime Juice
1/8tsp Minced garlic
Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
Hot Sauce to taste (Cholula)
Build all ingredients in a glass full of ice, stir. Garnish with a variety of meats, pickles, and cheeses. Or Motrin.
Syrups & Infusions
Saline solution Recipe**
5:1 ratio of Hot Water to Salt
ie. 5oz Water and 1oz Flake Salt
Mix ingredients until salt is dissolved. If flavored saline solution is mentioned, swap natural flake for flavored salt of your choice, ie. Citron, Garlic, Rosemary.
Simple Syrup***
1:1 Ratio of Sugar to Water
Mix ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Let syrup come to a boil, until sugar dissolves. If adding herbs, like rosemary, make sure to add AFTER taking syrup off heat and steep for no more than 2 minutes. Strain, if applicable, and bottle. Consume within 1 month. Note, cane sugar or turbinado is recomended, but not required. In a pinch, simple syrup can be made with honey or agave as well.

750ml Campari
2 Oranges, cut into quarters
1oz Fresh Rosemary (a healthy handful)
Add quartered oranges and rosemary to a container with lid, and pour in Campari, making sure to keep the bottle. Cover, and let sit for a minimum of 48 hours at room temperature. Strain and rebottle. Shelf stable and ready to use.
Butter Washed Rum
750ml Rum (see notes)
1 stick grassfed butter
1/2tsp Cinnamon, ground
1/2tsp Nutmeg, ground
1/4tsp Clove, ground
Melt 1 stick of unsalted butter over low heat making sure not to brown the butter. In a large container with a lid, pour in Rum (Demerara, Jamaican, or Blackstrap Rum recommended), then add melted butter. Cover and let sit for 24-48 hours in freezer. Solution is ready when a solid layer of fat has formed. Scrape fat layer out and discard. Add in cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. Stir and pour into a resealable bottle or jar. Consume within 3 Months.
